What type of oil boiler?

There are oil boilers to suit different needs:
- Combi oil boilers – combining a high efficiency water heater and central heating boiler in a single compact unit. Combi boilers provide instant hot water so you won’t need a hot water cylinder. They are ideal for smaller homes with a single bathroom.
- System oil boilers – require a cylinder for storing hot water and are suitable for larger homes with multiple bathrooms
- Regular oil boilers – need a cylinder and a cold water storage tank in the loft. These are compatible with older systems in a replacement situation.
- Internal / External boilers – Some oil boilers can be located externally. We can advise whether this is an option for your property.
Once you have your new boiler, it is important to have it serviced annually. Our engineers will thoroughly clean and test your boiler ensuring that it is kept in optimum condition.
